Mr. Roy A. Williams, Sr., Founder and President of Affiliated Creditors, Inc. has been actively involved in the development and success of the collection industry since 1973. He has served on Executive Boards and as an officer of local and national organizations since 1974. Mr. Williams held the position of Chairman of the Board for Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Middle Tennessee, Inc.
Mr. Roy A. Williams, Jr. (Chad), Chief Executive Officer, has been with the company since 1987. Chad has retained his Tennessee Collection Service Board License since 1988. His experience and dedication to service has provided security and satisfaction to our clients.
Mrs. Michelle Patterson, Collection Manager, has been in the collection industry for over 24 years and has been in management for 22 years. Her “hands on” approach to collections is truly an asset to our company. A great deal of ACI’s success is directly attributed to the collection expertise and guidance Mrs. Patterson has contributed.
Mrs. Judy Brimm, Controller, has been with ACI since 1983. Mrs. Brimm directs the clerical support team for the collectors.
Mr. Chris Warren, I.T. Manager, is a new addition to the company. With a background primarily in custom software development, third-party application support and web design, Chris will be instrumental in leading ACI forward with a customized collection strategy for our partners.
