| Third Party Medical Collector | Apply Online | Summary: Contact patients regarding past due medical accounts. Collect balance in full or set up payment plans according to client and company guidelines. Locate and verify current location and employment information. Offer Financial Assistance Applications in accordance to client guidelines where applicable.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of general computer applications, email and online search engines.
Education and/or Experience Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months experience with customer service, collections, medical collections, call center; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of HIPAA and FDCPA preferred but not required.
Hours: 8AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday
Compensation: $10.00 an hour plus Bonus potential.

Job Summary: Establish and monitor monthly payment arrangements from our Inbound/Outbound Call Center.
Required Skills: Excellent phone voice and communication skills. The ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team oriented atmosphere. Knowledge of basic computer programs, email and online search engines.
